Booking Terms & Conditions
 

  • ​Customers are asked to please remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items of value from their vehicle prior to any type of detail.
     

  • No external materials such as dog blankets/ seat covers or any material unoriginal to the car will not be cleaned- unless asked beforehand.
     

  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk and must be able to withstand normal detailing services.
     

  • All serviced time windows are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing service depending on size and condition. 
     

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or move a booking due to previous appointment setting / time, weather conditions, and / or machinery or equipment failure. (will be notified a minimum one hour in advance)
     

  • We reserve the right to charge a debit or credit card the down payment should the vehicles(s) not be available for cleaning and the booking has not been canceled in advance (see cancellation policy)
     

  • All services booked require an address, phone number, package, and vehicle condition verification. 
     

  • O’Ryan Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
     

  • O’Ryan Mobile Detailing does not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.
     

  • Failure to disclose at the time of booking (via online / over the phone) any conditional issues that involve the following; heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray or any other hazardous materials voids our service guarantee. No refunds, redo's or any additional work will be performed outside of the original detailing service.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Any O’Ryan Mobile Detailing services booked online or over the phone must be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment time and date

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • All O’Ryan Mobile Detailing services are backed by a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee. The customer is obligated to do a thorough check of their vehicle, inside / outside after their service. If no implication of dissatisfaction is made during this time, then may under no circumstances is O’Ryan Mobile Detailing responsible or obligated to return.

Pricing Terms & Conditions

  • O’Ryan Mobile Detailing reserve the right to charge an hourly rate for any work that is not within the boundaries of the detailed chosen while booking.
     

  • A surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials. (Customer Approval Needed) 
     

  • Our prices are based on detailing service chosen, make and model of vehicle, and the general condition of the vehicle.

 

Communication

  • O’Ryan Mobile Detailing will send a text to the number provided 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to confirm service, time / date. 
     

  • O’Ryan Mobile Detailing holds the right to text customers before and after their detailing service, in regards to the detailing service provided. 
     

  • We may ask you where you heard about O’Ryan Mobile Detailing in order to receive feedback for our marketing team
     

O’Ryan Mobile Detailing does not take any responsibility for any damage done before, and/ or after any service. The customer is obligated to a through check of their vehicle, inside, and out after their service. If no implication of any damage is made during this time, then may under no circumstances is O’Ryan Mobile Detailing at fault.
