Policies

Booking Term & Conditions

  • All services booked require an address, phone number, email, package, and vehicle condition /size verification. 
     

  • All details require a 50% deposit. All Ceramic Coating jobs require a 20% deposit. 
     

  • It is The Clients job to disclose any conditions before O'Ryan Mobile Detailings arrival. Failure to do so may result in the forfeit of the client's deposit if decided not to move forward or an additional charge. (This includes mold and mildew, bodily fluids (human or animal: feces, urine, vomit, other), drugs, smoke, stickers on the interior or exterior, overspray, tree sap, stains, odors, chemical spills, hazardous material, etc...)
     

  • It is The Clients job to disclose the lack of a water source or electrical outlet.
     

  • It is the The Clients job to disclose additional extension cords and hoses needed (over 100 ft). 
     

  • All serviced time windows are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the service, depending on size and condition.

    • It is The Clients job to notify O'Ryan Mobile Detailing if they need to be done with the service by a specific time. 
       

  • The Client is asked to remove all significant/personal belongings from their vehicle before any detail. Whatever we find, we will bag and place it to the side.
     

    • No external materials such as dog blankets/ seat covers or any material unoriginal to the vehicle will be cleaned. Unless discussed and confirmed beforehand.
       

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or move an appointment if:
     

    • ​The appointment is booked within less than 24 hours of the appointment time (unless confirmed with O'Ryan Mobile Detailing prior) 
       

    • Weather conditions 

      • O'Ryan Mobile Detailing will not work in conditions below 37 degrees or above 92 degrees. 

      • O'Ryan Mobile Detailing will not work in any weather advisories. 

      • O'Ryan Mobile Detailing will not work in snow or smoke. 
         

    • Machinery or equipment failure due to weather and use. 
       

    • The condition of the location is unsafe for O'Ryan Mobile Detailing and pedestrians: steep hills, slippery driveway, busy streets, and sparking outlets.
       

    • The location is not accessible.
       

    • The vehicle is far from the address listed.
       

    • Sickness and family emergencies

       

  • All vehicles are cleaned at The Clients' risk and must withstand regular detailing services.
                                                                                

  • O’Ryan Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, or any other rude or offensive behaviors or comments. 
     

  • O’Ryan Mobile Detailing does not tolerate verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should such behaviors be encountered.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any O’Ryan Mobile Detailing services booked online or over the phone must be canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time and date. 
     

  • If not canceled or rescheduled before the required time, The Client forfeits their deposit. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We ask The Client not to pay the remaining balance until they have a chance to see the vehicle. Unless otherwise requested by O'Ryan Mobile Detailing or The Client.
     

    • If out of town, The Client is obligated to let O'Ryan Mobile Detailing know when they should expect to be back to evaluate the vehicle and pay their remaining balance. ​
       

  • O’Ryan Mobile Detailing does not take any responsibility for any damage done before, and/ or after any service. The Client is obligated to do a thorough check of their vehicle, inside and out, after their service. If no implication of any damage is made during this time, then under no circumstances is O’Ryan Mobile Detailing at fault.​
     

    • If out of town, The Client can designate a friend or family member to evaluate the vehicle on their behalf. However, once evaluated and given the 'sign off', then under no circumstances is O’Ryan Mobile Detailing obligated to return to fix the work or return the deposit.

Pricing Terms & Conditions

  • O'Ryan Mobile Detailing's prices are based on the detailing service chosen, the vehicle's size, and the vehicle's general condition.
     

    • O'Ryan Mobile Detailing has the right to charge additional for heavy saturation/condition of the vehicle.​
       

  • O’Ryan Mobile Detailing reserves the right to charge an hourly rate for any work not within the listed services of the detail.
     

  • An additional charge will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, mold, mildew, bodily fluids (human or animal: feces, urine, vomit, other), drugs, smoke, stickers on the interior or exterior, overspray, tree sap, stains, odors, chemical spills, hazardous material, etc...
     

  • O'Ryan Mobile Detailing Reserves the right to add charge to bookings outside of 30-mile radius of Lynnwood, WA. (This will be confirmed with The Client when booking.)

Communication

  • O’Ryan Mobile Detailing will send a text to the number provided, the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm the scheduled service time/date. 
     

    • If not confirmed, O'Ryan Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule due to lack of confirmation.​
       

  • O’Ryan Mobile Detailing holds the right to contact The Client before and after their service regarding the detail and customer service provided. 
     

  • O'Ryan Mobile Detailing may ask The Client where they heard about O’Ryan Mobile Detailing in order to receive feedback for their marketing team.
